Jael Sailor
LMT, Anatomy and Modalities Instructor
Jael Sailor is a highly experienced and dedicated massage therapist with a comprehensive background in both practice and advocacy. A 2015 graduate of Indiana Therapeutic Massage School (ITMS), Jael obtained state certification in 2016.
Jael’s commitment to the massage therapy profession extends to significant leadership roles. In 2021, she was appointed to the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency’s Massage Therapy Board, where she served as board member, vice chair, and chairperson. A key accomplishment was successfully motioning for licensure in 2022, transitioning Indiana from a certification state to a licensure state. Jael has also twice served as the Indiana Delegate to FSMTB, actively participating in anti-human trafficking initiatives.
Beyond administrative contributions, Jael maintains a thriving private practice and has held the position of educator and curriculum writer at ITMS, her alma mater. Jael’s dedication to professional development is evident in her extensive continuing education, which includes certifications in Trigger Point Therapy and Pre- and Post-natal massage, as well as training in Zero Balancing, Craniosacral, and Somatic Emotional Release.
In 2021, Jael achieved Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB). Further solidifying her academic credentials, Jael completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Massage Therapy with a minor in Behavioral Science from Siena Heights University.
