With a degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University and massage therapy training from Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, Alex brings both clinical knowledge and a passion for helping others.

As a Hands-On Instructor, Alex enjoys helping students build confidence and develop the skills needed to become compassionate, client-focused massage therapists. His approach to massage emphasizes reducing stress, relieving pain, restoring balance to the nervous system, and always prioritizing each client’s individual goals.
